Lets talk about yesterday first. I had my NAPFA test. woo! 5 stations. Results below please:
Grade:A Sit-Ups: 45 ( same standard)
Grade:A Sit and Reach: 42cm (wow my best, used to get 30+)
Grade:A Incline Pull-ups: 26 ( a bit of declining, could do 30) but still A -.-
Grade:A Shuttle Run: 10.1 sec (my best also)
Grade:A Standing Board/Broad Jump: 222 CM (ROCK ON, my best so far)
so far 25 points...hehe. but my 2.4km run is running AROUND THE TRACK ("stadium tracks") or 6 rounds of 400m. it is believed to be worse ( timing) than running 2.4km cross-country. It affects psychologically, coz cross country is like running straight only. I donno how to explain lah...==.==. I hope i get A.
AFTER school, i got swimming test, ELEMENTARY or INTERMEDIATE. its not the medal test.
what do you think? I got Elementary Level 1. thats noob. next week im retaking. it was freestyle stroke ( i heard u saying "so easy") elementary level 1 is swim half the breadth. level 2 is swim a breadth. EASY right ? good. i will pass E2. God bless you and I
