Cheers to the end of MYEs woo *throws confetti* jkjk that's gay. I am sassier than that *does a backflip*. Let's not go to how MYEs went. I am just glad that it's over and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (maybe my results would prove me wrong) for some papers. Anyway I really thought that I could take some time to unwind and carry on with my life as per normal now then I realised how I'm in for an exhausting week ahead with 2 Sports Carnival, training and 2 games back to back :o. Started off with the first day of Sports Carnival. It's really a bad idea for the school to organise such events immediately after exams as I'm pretty sure nobody actually trained for their events and their fitness levels are bound to drop. On that note, I had 4x400m today and I'm pretty disappointed with my speed though we qualified for the finals. Nothing interesting from then on. Took the opportunity to collect 100 signatures for our petition to open the school gym when many were done with their events. That was fun hahaha.
I don't know what to feel about having our last training today though. Part of me is really glad that I can finally part with this burdensome training since post-promos especially with the 7-9 training time twice a week. How did I even get through that wah. What will I even miss about trainings for my second participation in A divs? So hard to find the answer to that question this time round unlike the pioneer batch of CJ Floorball haha. Probably the study sessions and that isn't even part of training haha. Glad that this shit is coming to and end. The main reasons why I really hated trainings are the late training times and also the fact that it hinders me from my personal training at the gym. My passion lies more in achieving my fitness goals. No passion, no pride in my CCA. Thank God I get to try out something new this year with the change in position from a forward to a goalie and also for the teammates I have for the fun and laughter shared. I doubt I will play floorball again in the future. Perhaps for inter-hall games ah cehhh step confident future NUS student.
Thanks for the memories in floorball and Patrick Sports Leaders. I don't know who I would be without these two positions. It has really shaped me into who I am today since I came to CJ. Can't believe how it will all end in just two weeks time and it's time to go all out on studies. Not ready to leave CJ. Not ready to grow up. Not ready for life. Whatever it is, I'll make it count with my time remaining in CJ (apparently someone quoted this on a blog post wow so interesting). That's all for now. More updates on A divs/Sports Carnival/ MYE results coming up.God bless.
